Attempt to climb new route on Everest

Today 20.03. Alexei Bolotov (50) and Denis Urubko (39), traveling in Nepal one of the most difficult expedition Climbers have spent the entire February at an high altitude ini Tien Shan Mountains. News about their climb probably will not be much, because they will not carry modern communication devices. For the route they plann a week of climbing in alpine style, without supplemental oxygen, no previous attempts and pre-prepared camp. If they finish the climbing it will be one of the greatest alpine success.
In the lower part of the face the planned route goes right from British route from 1975.
Another report via the 7 Summits Club website is that Glab Sokolov and Alexander Jirikov have plan to climb a new route from Tibet on the East Face ( Kangshung Face) in alpine style without oxygen. They will acclimatize on Changtse Peak (7550m), via the northern normal route.
Simone Moro and Ueli Steck have plan for another new route on the Southwest Face. Details are still a bit sketchy. But they have posted an extensive interview on the montagna site. Good luck for all of them.
